Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Effective Date: 2/22/2026

Stepping Stones- Little Steps to Big Dreams is committed to maintaining clear and consistent policies that support the stability of our program and staffing. The following policy outlines refund and withdrawal expectations.

Waitlist Application Fee

The $50 waitlist application fee per child is non-refundable.

Submission of the waitlist fee secures placement on the priority waitlist but does not guarantee enrollment.

Waitlist fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Tuition Payments

Tuition is due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the Enrollment Agreement.

 

Tuition is not refundable for:

  • Absences due to illness

  • Vacation days

  • Holidays

  • Weather-related closures

  • Temporary center closures beyond our control

Tuition reserves your child’s space and supports staffing and operational expenses.

Withdrawal Policy

Families choosing to withdraw their child from Stepping Stones- Little Steps to Big Dreams LLC must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance.

Tuition is required during the 30-day notice period, regardless of attendance.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits on file.

Immediate Termination

Stepping Stones reserves the right to terminate enrollment without notice if:

  • Tuition payments are delinquent

  • Required documentation is incomplete

  • Policies in the Parent Handbook are violated

  • The center determines it cannot safely meet a child’s needs

Policy Changes

Stepping Stones- Little Steps to Big Dreams LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Families will be notified of any changes in writing.
